Parkrose Middle School

About This Project

A new 140,000 square foot, two-story building was built to replace the existing 50+ year old school.

The building consists of eight pods containing three classrooms and one science classroom each. A new two story library is also contained within the new structure. A cafeteria with an open courtyard leads to the 16 acres of sport fields and track facilities.

Carlson worked directly for the Parkrose School District #3 and the other project team members included: General Contractor - Todd Construction; Architect - Dull Olson Weekes Architects; Structural Engineer - KpFF Consulting Engineers
