Carlson provided the special inspection and materials testing for the Block 216 project.
CTI started special inspections at Block 216 in August of 2019 and the project is still under construction at this time. Block 216 is a 35-story mixed use building which will include approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 130,000 sq. ft. of office space, a food hall, hotel, meeting rooms, two ballrooms and residential condominium in addition to a 342 stall underground park garage. This project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023..
The general contractor on this project is Howard S Wright Construction Co., the engineering firm is KPFF and the architect is GBD Architects. The developer on this project is BPM Real Estate Group and our client is BDC SW Washington Street LLC
